Hannah is a busy mom to two young children and one adult husband. She lives in the picturesque Queenstown area of New Zealand’s South Island. After graduating with her Masters in Human Nutrition, Hannah spent 4 years working in remote desert Australia working on food security and child development.
Following the birth of her first child, Hannah opened up her own nutrition practice, focused on healthy eating for families, particularly with a plant-based approach.
Hannah has a passion for making healthy eating accessible and approachable for busy modern families.
Her second child was born in her husband’s home country – USA – and it was there that Hannah got more fascinated by gut health and, as a consequence, transitioned her family to a completely meat- and dairy-free lifestyle. Now back in New Zealand, she is enjoying the ability to get back outdoors, hiking and skiing. She is relishing the opportunity to get the kids involved in growing their own vegetables too.
You are most likely to find her filming a nutrition webinar, baking “healthy” treats, or running the serene Lake Hayes track.
