Meet Hunter

Hunter is a Dalmatian enthusiast, fiction addict, and exercise scientist – in that order.

Growing up in a happy home, Hunter was introduced to sport and exercise at a young age, and despite what many would describe as an ‘abhorrent lack of natural talent’, he developed a love for both almost immediately.

It was this introduction and enjoyment that led him down the path of pursuing a formal education in exercise science, in which he is now nearing the completion of his doctorate.  During this time, he has had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life in a personal training setting, helping them make long term health change using a simple and no-bullshit approach to diet and exercise.

Passionate about getting people as fit and healthy as possible, Hunter truly believes that educating people about the best health practices is essential to making quality change – and wants to play as big a part in that he possible can.

When he isn’t focusing on work or his research, you are very likely to find him at the dog park with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other, thoughts of nonsense fluttering across his mind.
